RE: Layoff Notice
Dear Ms. Twomey:
The University agrees to meet with the HPAE at least one week, except in the case of an emergency, in advance of any notice3 of layoff of HPAE personnel greater than five on a single campus. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss pending layoff situations. At that meeting, the Union is free to set forth its position on the pending layoff.
